THE IMPORTANCE OF PREVENTION: WHY IT IS CONVENIENT.

The INAIL rewards companies, operating for at least two years, with a "discount" called "oscillation for prevention" (OT / 24), if they carry out interventions beyond the minimum established by Legislative Decree 81/08 for the improvement of the conditions of safety and health in the workplace.
The safety and security of workers, in addition to being a legal and social obligation, is an advantage from an economic point of view: it allows you to prevent diseases and accidents at work and is also a fundamental component of a company's success.
European research by the International Social Security Association (ISSA) has monitored a total of 300 companies and found that an investment in prevention by a company of € 1,334 per employee per year entails benefits estimated at € 2,940 (at the year per employee), or an average Return On Prevention (ROP) of 2.20.
